Gowain McKenna is a Belfast born engineer and musician. He has an M.Phil, MS.c and B.Eng in Aerospace Engineering, but somehow found himself working in the marine industry in Co. Donegal Ireland, the place from which he now calls home. He has a colourful past and considers himself a survivor of sorts, and consequently is sometimes forced to write prose and poetry to alleviate his demons. He has amassed over a 100 poems and has started entering poetry competitions and submitting to magazines and publishers. He is invested heavily in the Irish language and Irish Bouzouki.
